The Brief

Boots needed to streamline their recruitment process and improve the candidate experience by integrating their WordPress site with the IBM Kenexa Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Our Approach

We integrated WordPress with the IBM Kenexa ATS, enabling efficient management of job postings and applications. Additionally, we developed an advanced search algorithm that prioritized urgent job roles and locations. To enhance user experience, we implemented a map feature that displayed job results based on proximity.

The results

The final product was a fully integrated recruitment system that significantly streamlined Boots’ hiring process. The advanced search algorithm and map feature provided a user-friendly and efficient experience for candidates, resulting in increased engagement and a higher number of applications for urgent job roles.
